The Kamala Hills Group is a Phuket developer of lifestyle homes, Founded in 1993 the group currently has 45 employees of which two are foreign nationals. The group has developed and successfully completed the Kamala Hills Apartment Project and is currently constructing two further projects namely Kamala Hills Naka and Palm Grove. Palm Beach project is at an advanced design stage and several other exciting projects will be launched soon.
The group consists of several companies, Baan Nam Tok Company Limited is the project developer Clarkefreeman Co Ltd is the project architect and design company, Kamala Naka Company Ltd is the project management and contractor.
Key Personel
Ms Paritad Sitantrakool (Khun Gai) is the Managing Director of the Kamala Hills Group, a Thai national with 14 years of experience in land development, property and local building and construction specifications.
Mr Siwet Worrasiwa is a director of Clarkefreeman Co,.Ltd. Khun Siwet has 22 years experience in finance and controls the group finances including all project costs.
David Freeman, a British National, is the group’s Architect and Design Director, with 22 years experience in South East Asia.
Peter C. Schott, a British national, is the group’s Marketing & Development Director, with 20 years experience in Asia.
